It’s a family run business. I’m Gary, the owner and principal developer.

We have a range web services to assist small businesses, from new websites to repairs and improvements, website hosting, setup of email, website security. Small businesses looking at attracting new clients or customers can use our assistance with Google services like search, maps and adverts. Web related matters quite complex for small businesses and difficult to resolve but we can help make it easier and less stressful.

We work with small to medium sized businesses that have some aspect of their business online.

We operate our home based business near Benalla, Victoria. Small businesses across northeast Victoria, can use our personalised website and web related services. Across Australia other business can receive our remote service also.

We are a family based business located in Northeast Victoria providing personalised web services to small businesses across north east Victoria. We utilise other specialists to help complete projects where necessary and as negotiated with you. As the Principal Developer I have training and certificates in applicable sciences. I provide service for  another web agency Stonedigital on a casual basis which has helped me develop my skills, and provides me with tech support and advice as required.

In this type of situation we recommend a Discovery Session where we walk you through your options and potential costs. A free 30min complimentary session is available or extended sessions can be completed at a low hourly charge.

Repairs and changes are usually charged by the hour so we quote on our rate and how long the repairs or changes might take.

Our new websites section can help with more info on expected costs for a website with us. Our Budget Websites start at $399 and our Mid-range websites start at $699.  Simple online stores or booking sites start at $699 with larger stores, travel or booking sites starting at $1200.

As each project is unique, we quote for all our new website work preparing a proposal document that summarises our preliminary discussions and our assessment findings.

We can guide you through the basic use of your website at the conclusion of your project. Each website comes with access to short videos applicable to help you maintain and use your site. See also our blog for resources that website owners might find useful.

A quick phone call or an email often works the best, especially if we havent spoken before. Video calls can be a great way to meet your web developer, these sessions are as easy as clicking on a link in an email. Some clients may choose to meet in person or have me visit their business. This is possible in some circumstances but usually affects the cost of the project.
